Your assessment completely ignores the fact that many of their vids do NOT work. When I point this out, it takes them several days to reply - and even then you just get the standard response that they are aware of it and you have to be patient. Well I've waited two weeks for them to fix a number of them - but no change!!!

All of that AND the fact that they protect their vids so that you cannot watch them once your membership ceases (what a crock!!) suggests you should seriously DOWNRATE them.

Something in the low 60s would be more appropriate if you are honest.

Thanks for your input. Yes VideosZ seems to have undergone some changes since our review.

It has also been discussed in this thread (http://www.adultreviews.net/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=552) and we will be making a re-review of the site soon.

Currently they do NOT post new movies every day, a lot of their movies don't work (and they don't care or do anything about it) and, to top it all, their servers are crap so that you get very slow download speeds. And all for only $29.95 per month!! I've cancelled my subscription, and will not take any of your reviews seriously any more.

I see your point, however I think it is reasonable to keep the review as is until the new one is ready. We cannot change a review or rating without actually assessing the changes made to the site, which we haven't done yet. I agree that it is quite important to get that done fairly quickly since it is one of the top sites, and I am sorry it hasn't happened earlier. I will get it done asap.

As for not taking our reviews seriously. I guarantee you that we are as serious as can be, we have no interest in misleading our readers and thereby scaring them away from us forever.

Over a year ago you said you would have to review videosz due to inability of members to download videos and of course the scandalous DRM -- you said this new review would have to be done soon!! still not done.
Hence this site is still maintaining its almost full stars rating which you gave it in June 2005. Its really about time you and other sites gave those sites who use DRM ---Dreaded Ripoff Merchants----the low scores they fully deserve. How many actually tell you on the join-up page?,how many tell you in the site preview?. None I guess,so they obviously have something to fear by telling you before you join--conclusion,they are fleecing members.
If a web-site as big and as fantastically good as abbywinters need not fear DRM , then why can`t others follow suite?

Agreed, it has taken too long. And I am pleased to say that the review is being written as I post this.

What I did a few months ago was add to the conclusion that they use DRM, which was all I could do.

Actually the massive negative reaction towards DRM from all review sites has influenced many sites to completely drop DRM.
It is a technology that might seem like a good idea when you are selling it to a webmaster, but in reality it just isn't a good idea for most sites. Review sites have helped webmasters realize that.

thanks for that-----there is a very good--judging by dvd`s they have---movie site out there,similar to videobox -can`t remember the name now,I was going to join that but saw somewhere they use DRM so gave it a big miss,I do hope hundreds of others do likewise.You pay,you download,it is yours, oh no it isn`t !!
