Even as jaded as I am about adult sites, this one was a major disappointment. First, any site with DRM should be shunned by civilized people everywhere. Second, the only contact link they have takes you to a generic troubleshooting site that apparently specializes in unhelpful help for adult web sites. There is exactly ZERO way to contact the actual site operators with a complaint. Luckily, I found this out after I tried to download a video, and couldn't get it to accept my license. I say "luckily" because I only wasted $10 instead of $30. I can download all I want. I just can't watch anything. And there's no one to contact. This is unacceptable.
Comments?

Agreed! This is one of the reasons DRM sucks more than you can imagine. It may work perfectly when the webmasters set it up, but over time if he doesn't keep everything updated, the vidoes become useless as seems to be the case here.
I know of a few sites that successfully use DRM, but overall I don't recommend joining sites with DRM unless you know that it works great on that particular site.
I am sorry if you were disappointed about the site after joining it based on our review - do you think the review is accurate or needs to be changed?
Yep. I didn't realize they had the DRM until I joined. To me, it's a deal breaker. Even if it works it means that the stuff you spent all that time downloading will soon be useless.
I think the review seemed accurate. Unfortunately, I literally did not get to see any of their content. It actually looked unusually cool, so I was especially disappointed.
The two comments I'd make about the review are structural. One review site I know puts "DRM" in red and bold at the top of the review, so you know right away not to bother to read the rest. I think the more info like that you can put in, the better. There are several things that will make me not even *look* at a site, and it's great if I can find them right away in a review. DRM is a big one, if videos are not downloadable is another. Also, if they use Paycom. I've had so many problems trying to use Paycom that I pretty much skip sites that don't have a second gateway, or use CCBill.
Second, Toni's site has pretty much nonexistent customer service. I couldn't even complain to them, or ask them for help in downloading. I had to give up and call CCBill to have them void the transaction, after I ran out of other options. The way that relates to you is that I've seen review sites that make a point of checking customer service. I think the issue of whether you can reach a reasonable human is HUGE in deciding whether to join a site. I'd love to see you making that type of information more prominent. It's a really good "tell" (as the poker players say) about whether the site is any good.
Thanks! There are a ton of review sites out there. You guys stay in my bookmarks because you actually provide real information. I appreciate it.

Mike,
Thanks a lot for your comments and feedback - much appreciated.
I have heard the suggestion of clearly marking sites with DRM before so that you can avoid them. I'll send an email to Thomas who handles programming and see if we can come up with an easy to use solution.
At the moment we always write it somewhere in the review when mentioning the video quality etc. but obviously that can be missed and isn't as easy to see if you don't read the complete review.
As for customer service, you are right that it isn't part of the standard procedure at the moment. Some reviewers do it on their own initiative, but I will consider adding it to our guidelines.
Again thanks for the feedback and kind words :)
