DeluxePass Problems , entering 'Extra Sites' websites

anyone else have problems with opening the websites in the 'Extra Sites' area at DeluxePass i get this error when i go to open any of the websites under the 'Extra Sites' :

...i've already tried what they said to try under the FAQ's they have on there site

I just tried and I get the same error.

on delux pass extra sites you have to take off norton firewall to view

I was thinking of joining Deluxe Pass. Is it worth it?
