You'll see the 5 latest episodes laid out in good sized thumbnails and descriptions. You see right away a lot of these videos are long - between 25 to 30 minutes. The updates are regular, at 4 a week.
Stream or download the almost 200 episodes in Low or High for Mpeg or Wmv. You can watch the episodes in clips or their entirety. You can also view the videos in iPod or PSP in Low, Medium, or High. I watched my videos in Wmv, and they opened to a 720x480 (3.29 Mbps) screen. Unfortunately, downloading took a long time. For the most part, the videos were good quality, so they're worth the download time. Every now and then there was some blurriness. The sound is good on some of the videos, while on others, it's not so good.
