First impression

I've often had fantasies of having my way with a repair man, and I imagine husbands sometimes wonder what wifey may be doing while home alone. In Wife's Dream, the household repairs often involve plumbing, as in wifey's personal plumbing. Despite the typos and misspellings, this site looks like it'll be full of lusty wives getting screwed every which way by repairmen ready and willing to use their personal power drills.

Our opinion

Navigation is easy at Wife's Dream. Up top, you'll see the Latest News. The site opened in May 2005, so I expect to see a lot of content. Ten photo sets were added on March 7th. That's a hefty update; I'm impressed already. The Picture of the Day and Movie of the Day are featured; below that is the Latest Picture and Movie Updates. Top Pictures and Videos are voted on by members, which is always a nice touch. I like when paysites care about their members' opinions. The Top Viewed Content is also featured.

I didn't want to miss all the hardcore action, so I checked out Pictures and Movies. I was surprised to see only 15 photo galleries, considering this site has been open for almost two years. Hm, surely there must be an archive section somewhere, but I couldn't find it. The photos open from around 512x768 to 1024x683 pixels. Each photo gallery contains from around 76 to 148 pictures. You can download these photos as a zip file or run a slide show. The quality of the photos vary within each set, ranging from fuzzy to good quality. There are a lot of hardcore close up shots of these horny wives getting wild with the handymen. The attractiveness of the wives is pretty good for amateurs, but some of the handymen are downright scary looking. These wives must really be desperate for sex!

I was surprised to see there are only six video stories, again considering this site has been open for quite a while. You can only view the videos in clips, not in full length. I had a hard time viewing the videos, so I went to their handy FAQ section. You must have Windows Media or DivX to watch the videos. I have Windows Media, but the movies still wouldn't play. In the FAQ section is a link to download Windows Media if you don't have it. They also have a link to download DivX, but it goes to Wifes Dream's parent company.

I downloaded DivX, but streaming or viewing the videos wasn't any more pleasant than looking at the photos. The quality varied in every single video clip I tried to watch. Streaming sometimes took a while to connect - often as long as several minutes. Some wouldn't connect; I received the "connecting" message for several minutes, until I gave up. I recommend downloading the movies.

The videos open into a tiny screen of 320x240 - at about 6 mbyte/min. Some of the videos were very choppy - almost as if they were stopping at every frame. Others ran smoothly. I did notice when I downloaded the videos, the choppiness disappeared; however, as I said, the videos are in such a tiny screen, they're not worth watching. Going to full screen mode markedly diminished the quality. Each clip is around 4 or 5 minutes. There are 8 to 12 clips for every housewife encounter.

Quality aside, the videos weren't very interesting. I watched one where a woman spoke in a foreign language, which I think is pretty sexy. Unfortunately, it was ruined by some man translating over her lovely voice. In other videos, I couldn't understand half of what was being said; the actors mumbled too much. Granted, most of us watch porn for the visual aspects, but when a site is here to tell a story (i.e., horny housewives seducing handymen), you need to hear a dialogue of sorts. Why offer sound to videos if people can't understand or hear the dialogue? The acting was also pretty bad. I watched a husband supposedly shocked and devastated to find his wife banging two repairmen. He yells, but he's suppressing a smile the whole time. He reminded me too much of William Shatner overacting. The wife keeps smiling and giggling, and the handymen look clueless. There's nothing wrong with not having good actors in porn if they're just going to be videotaped in sex acts. But if you're going to build a site around the story of bored housewives in need of extra attention, then it should at least be somewhat believable. These videos, when you could catch a clip that was watchable, weren't believable at all.

In addition to the photo and video section, there's a Stories section, which contains a ton of stories. These stories were nothing special. There's also a Bonus section, where you get access to almost 40 of their other sites. Let's hope they're better than this one.

Conclusion

If your fantasies revolve around horny housewives and what they do when home alone, let Wife's Dream remain home alone. Quite frankly, I found the best part of the site is the tour; the members' area is not worth wasting your money or time on. First of all, there's not much content for having been online for almost two years. Where's all the updates? Maybe they only show the current month's updates, and you need to purchase a special decoder ring and maze map to find the archives. The paltry amount of content that is there isn't good. The photos vary too much - from fuzzy to good quality pictures. The videos, if you can get them to work, are a joke; the content and acting are mediocre at best. There are plenty of other sites showing housewives and MILFs getting it on with younger men; stick with those. I suggest you pass on Wife's Dream; it's just a nightmare of a site.
