First impression

The intro page is VERY well done. The models all look gorgeous, are in (and out of) incredible outfits and the photo quality is top notch. There are descriptions of eleven videos, and you are able to watch samples of each one. The Boss goes on to show you photos of 50 first time models that you can see on the site. When you click to enter The Boss XXX, you are not taken directly there, but to the main Incredible Pass Network it is a part of. You have to choose the site from the bottom of the page.

After entering the site, I noticed that the models do not look nearly as good as they do on the intro page. I struggled to find the hot models that I saw photos of earlier.

Our opinion

Once I was able to find the models whose photos I saw in the intro page, I watched their videos and they were actually not as good as the photos themselves! I felt a little deceived, but I couldn't base my review on this alone. Models are mostly Latina and Middle Eastern (some do not even speak English, which is pretty damn hot), but there are some Caucasian and Ebony women as well.

The dialogue between the Boss and the models seems legitimately off the cuff and unrehearsed, and based on the sex, the models look like they are having sex on video for the first time. At any rate, they are not professionals because it does not look like it's natural for them to look into a camera while having sex. Add the fact that you can clearly see (and sometimes hear!) them being directed as to what to do during their scenes. I also noticed that the models do not talk dirty at all, which would have added an extra dimension to the videos. One more tiny complaint is that the scenes do not flow - often there are cuts when sexual positions are changed. I guess it's to be expected from models with limited experience - though many of them must have aspirations because I noticed a lot of fake breasts.

The Boss offers over 170 video episodes as of this review, updated once every two weeks. For each one, you have the options to stream with Windows Media Player or to download low-bandwidth or high bandwidth versions. Low bandwidth videos have a bit rate of 384 Kbps and are 360x240 in size. They do not look very good when blown up to 200%, and are pretty small when viewed actual size. High bandwidth are 720x480, and are at a rate of over 1.7 Mbps. You can also look at video screenshots (photos) from each episode. Members can rate episodes on a scale of one to five. Episodes are 10 to 30 minutes long, leaning way more towards the former than the latter.

After downloading a video, I encountered one of my biggest pet peeves - clicking the back button takes you back to the top of the list of models instead of bookmarking exactly where you were on the page. After clicking on a model and seeing some video screenshots of the episode, I found it hard to tell how good the sex would be. I think that the Boss could have picked better photographs that showed more emotion or sensuality.

Lastly, I found it to be degrading and demeaning when the Boss makes foreign models, already doing something like licking cum off of a table, repeat after him, having them promote the site or saying things like "I love cum." I didn't find it necessary and I believe that it takes away some class from the site.

Conclusion

These amateur models starring in casting scenes on The Boss XXX enjoy the sex they are having, but who doesn't? I will give them leeway since they are inexperienced, but I thought a little more enthusiasm would have been great. If they were better directed and maybe did a practice run, things wouldn't seem so contrived and awkward.

I know that the Boss wants to hype up the whole first-timer thing, but without models having any knowledge of the business, the sex is not that hot. To go along with the first-timer thing, it's funny how a lot of the models on this site "just turned 18." Supposedly, it was one model's 18th birthday! I didn't buy it. If the action spoke for itself, the Boss would not need to add things like this to his videos.

A lot of the models are dressed in hot outfits and have hot accents, with bodies to match. I would love this site to live up to its potential. If it did, it would score very high marks with me. The Boss has almost all the essential means - he got legend Ron Jeremy to do a scene for him, for Christ's sake! I think he needs to acquire the know-how to put it all together into a great site.
