Start with the trial, it saves you a lot of time signing up to all the sponsors.
When you realize whether or not affiliate program works with your traffic you can either stop sending traffic or you can add your own codes to your admin panel.

A: Yes you are welcome to do so, that means that you just won't get paid for the signups through those sponsors then. If we don't a have a code to replace our own with like when a field is blank, we will get the credit for it.
