First impression

Public Nudity Exposed looks pretty interesting to me.
Right off the bat from looking at the preview pictures, they really seem to have the guerilla, candid camcorder look and feel down. The color scheme is a little too vomitous for my taste, but that's very easy to overlook. The girls appear to be the most legitimate you can find on a reality site. But I haven't really seen them in action. So, let's get to it.

There isn't a whole lot here to review just yet. The site seems to be pretty young. As of this moment in time, there are fourteen different girls exposing themselves for your pleasure. There's no word on how often they update, so I can't really say if they'll ever add more, but one can assume. That being said, the site is a little sparse. All the sections are nearly identical, except for a favorites section. The favorites section, however, doesn't work, because I've seen nothing on the site that would indicate to me how to save something as a favorite within the site. I'm sure it'll be a nice feature, once it's up and running. It certainly looks usefull enough.

The site looks almost exactly like the tour pages.
The only difference is that there's a small link to the pictures section and in place of the hard sell in between girls, you'll find a large block of links that looks like this:

What you won't find is a place to download the entire video in one large chunk. If you're going for the bigger ones, you'll have a lot of time to wait and a lot of clicking to do. The good part is that basically once you're finished watching one part, the next should be about ready for you.

But first let's quickly discuss the pictures. The presentation is nice, as it maintains the same site design and formatting. You'd be surprised how many sites don't do this. The bad, yet understandable part is that they're all screen captures. What makes it really bad is that it seems as if they just made a picture out of every Xth frame. There's an obvious progression, but there are also a lot of similar or unnecessary pictures to be found. Clicking on the picture will simply open it up into a new window.
There're no navigation options, which is disappointing, but at least it opens in the new window.

Alright, now that your videos have finished downloading, let's discuss those. The lowest quality is about what you would expect to find on just about any site four years ago, so that's not bad for a low point. The next level up essentially cuts the pixelation in half and the colors are starting to come out a little more. The lowest wmv format is actually a step down as the exposure gets more blown out and the picture becomes more blocky. Even the medium wmv looks to be lesser than the high mpg. And super isn't all that high, either. It would be nice if the quality levels were given some type of quantitative value. Give us the resolution of each. My guess is that most won't recognize the difference between the top four qualities.

MPEG high: 320x240 - 10 MB per minute
MPEG low: 320x240 - 3.6 MB per minute

I was pretty surprised at the approach of the videos. I was expecting just pure video of girls running around exposing themselves. I didn't really expect a story and I didn't really expect there to be a con aspect to it. Special K, the female camera operator, has to "convince" these girls to flash a little nip and show some bush for her website. She has a great natural conversation with these young women, which is entertaining, funny and arousing. Special K is easily my favorite camera operator/interviewer/manipulator/off-camera porn site personality.

Conclusion

Most of the girls really aren't my cup of tea, but even so, the videos are fun and exciting. They really do a good job of putting you in the mood and building the excitement. I would like to see more differentiation in the video qualities and a single download for the whole scene. If there were more content or a promise of an update schedule, this would be a must join for any exhibitionist fan. But really, it's not all that attractive as it is now, especially considering the hefty price tag. Still, remember this one and keep checking on it.
